HOW TO ORDER

Step 1: Order

Check out the brand pages to view available items. Call or message 0917-111-1952 to get in touch with a personal shopper to place an order.

Step 2: Payment

Deposit your payment to any of our bank accounts or via our online payment gateway which accepts VISA, Mastercard, Online Banking, GCash, Dragonpay, Bancnet, GrabPay, or Over-the-Counter Payments.

*Please send proof of payment on or before 4:00 PM so we can verify and confirm your payment within the day. If you send your proof of payment after the cut-off time, we will verify and confirm your payment the following day.

Step 3: Curbside Pick-Up Or Delivery

Curbside Pick-Up

Once payment has been confirmed, you may drive by or have an authorized representative pass by at the designated curbside pick-up location of your selected Rustan’s Store between 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM only. Your pick-up time slot will be confirmed to you via SMS or Viber.

If you wish to book a third-party courier to pick-up your order, please send your courier booking details via Viber.

Delivery

Free shipping is available within Metro Manila and Metro Cebu for orders Php 5,000 and above.
Flat rate delivery fee will be applied to orders below Php 5,000:

  • Php 200 with Metro Manila and Metro Cebu
  • Php 300 for provincial areas

  • Orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days from your payment confirmation date.

    1. Who can avail of the Rustan’s Personal Shopper On Call Service?

    All customers may use Rustan's Personal Shopper On Call. We are ready to serve you!

    2. What are the items that can be ordered via Rustan’s Personal Shopper On Call Service?

    Any item available in our physical stores can be ordered via Rustan's Personal Shopper On Call. Please inquire product availability via our universal hotline 0917-111-1952.

    3. Is there a minimum purchase requirement?

    There is no minimum purchase requirement.

    4. How do I place my order?

    Once you have contacted our universal hotline, a Rustan's Personal Shopper will be assigned to you. He/she will contact you via Viber/SMS to assist you with your orders, assign your order number, confirm your total order amount, and confirm your pick-up schedule should you choose curbside pick-up of your items.

    5. What payment methods do you accept? Do you accept Cash on Delivery?

    We currently accept bank transfers/deposits to Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), or Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC). You may also transfer via our online payment gateway which accepts VISA, Mastercard, Online Banking, GCash, Dragonpay, Bancnet, GrabPay, or Over-the-Counter Payments.

    For now, we do not accept Cash on Delivery.

    Your Rustan’s Personal Shopper will give you more information upon confirming your order.

    6. How can I receive the products I ordered?

    You may choose curbside pick-up of your items at Rustan's Makati, Rustan's Shangri-La, Rustan's Alabang, Rustan's Gateway, or Rustan's Cebu. Pick-up schedule is between 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday only. Your pick-up time slot will be confirmed to you via SMS or Viber.

    You may also choose to have your items delivered to you.

    7. My delivery address is outside Metro Manila. Can I still place an order?

    Yes, you can still place an order. Flat rate delivery fee of Php 300 applies for provincial areas.

    8. How soon will my items be available or ready?

    For curbside pick-up, your order will be available in your chosen store within 2-3 working days from your payment confirmation date.

    For delivery, please expect your items to be delivered within 3-5 working days after your payment confirmation date. However, due to the GCQ situation, please understand that delivery may take longer than the specified time.

    9. May I arrange for my own courier?

    Yes, you may. This falls under the curbside pick-up option. Kindly send a screenshot of your courier booking details through Viber so that we will know who to expect for your pick-up.

    10. Can I return or exchange items?

    We can only replace an item if it is damaged or defective when you receive it. Kindly email us at personalshopper@rustans.com within 15 days from receipt of item to be valid for return and exchange.

    Beauty Addict Loyalty Program

    1. My purchase/s through the Rustan’s Personal Shopper On Call reached Php 2,500. Can I register for the Beauty Addict membership?

    Yes. Kindly reach out to your assigned Personal Shopper to guide you through the registration process.

    2. Will my purchase/s made through Rustan’s Personal Shopper On Call earn Beauty Addict or FSP points?

    Yes. In the Order Form, select Beauty Addict or FSP membership. Please note that you may only select one. Attach a screenshot of your Beauty Addict or FSP QR Code for immediate points crediting. If screenshot of QR code is unavailable, you may indicate your Beauty Addict Card no., wherein points will be credited once normal store operations resume.

    3. Can I avail my birth month discount in this program?

    Yes. Kindly reach out to your assigned Personal Shopper on how to avail of the promotion and make sure to indicate your birth date in the Order Form.

    L’OCCITANE VIP PROGRAM

    1. Will my purchases under the Personal Shopper On Call be credited to my L’Occitane VIP Account?

    Yes, your purchases in the Personal Shopper On Call can be credited to your L’Occitane VIP Account. In the Order Form, make sure to choose L’Occitane VIP Program and indicate your L’Occitane VIP Card No. in the space provided.
