Designer Rosenthal Tee shared her way of celebrating achievements “I always have to take it day by day, not every day is going to be your best but at least try to remember why you’re doing what you’re doing each day and be thankful for all the blessings and challenges that come your way. As often as possible, kind of give yourself a little treat, mani pedi, or take 15 to 30 minutes to get a good stretch”.
On the other hand, model Stephanie Dods stated how she prioritizes self-care “I make sure to work out every day. Ever since I hit twenty-eight/ twenty-nine, I started really getting into skincare, so my skincare ritual for morning and night, I spend a good half hour on. I always make sure to take care of myself if I go out, I put make-up on, I do my hair, I feel good, and that’s all it is.”
Meanwhile, singer Reneé Dominique remarks that the three traits of an empowered woman for her are “Someone who is confident, someone who is secure with themselves and their identity, and someone who is kind.
