Nail Art Challenge was held at Rustan’s Shangri-La last August 15, 2015. It was a gathering of uber talented nail enthusiasts, professional nail technicians and skilled nail artists, who were all ready to bring out their game faces for the rare chance to bring home P15,000 worth of products from Rustan’s.
