A Look Back at the Rustan’s Beauty Addict GLOW: Beauty and Beats Festival

As we close the 2019 chapter, who could forget the metro’s favorite annual celebration of beauty?

Hundreds of beauty enthusiasts and local influencers gathered last September 5 at the most-awaited Rustan’s Beauty Addict Event – which is now on its 7^th year! With the theme GLOW Beauty and Beats Festival, the event was inspired by music festivals globally – think Coachella and Glastonbury.

Like beauty, music has long been recognized as an avenue for self-expression. And this year’s biggest beauty celebration became a wonderland of bright lights, fun installations, and vibrant palettes.

Rustan’s Makati was transformed from a shopping district into a beauty and music festival getaway right in the heart of the metro. Bringing more fun experience to the night was events host and entrepreneur Tim Yap along with live performances of DJ Nix Damn P, The Ransom Collective, and Nicole Asensio.

Apart from the thrilling lineup of performances, interactive games, and freebies, the highlight of it all were the exclusive deals and huge discounts from top beauty brands, such as Clarins, La Prairie, Neal’s Yard Remedies, Perricone, Murad, Sisley, L’Occitane, Phyto, Diptyque, Jane Iredale, Stila, Deborah Lippmann, Acca Kappa and others. The event celebrated all things beauty, from skincare, makeup, fragrance, haircare, personal care, and body products.

CEBU LEG

Following the success of Rustan’s Makati, beauty shoppers in Rustan’s Cebu made sure they didn’t miss the chance to experience this one-of-a kind shopping party last October 10. Hosted by lifestyle vlogger Kryz Uy, the second leg of the GLOW Beauty and Beats Festival stunned makeup enthusiasts with beautifully decked pastel hues, bright lights, and Instagram-worthy installations. This annual beauty celebration proved that the world of beauty is constantly changing yet remains thrilling for enthusiasts across the country. The night was filled with lively and playful mixes by DJ Gio Visitacion, The Wonggoys, and Pandora.

DIGITAL DELIGHT

In the fun-filled evening, Rustan’s The Beauty Source kept on surprising its community of loyal beauty shoppers with the launch of the Beauty Addict mobile app. To access their accounts, members can simply update or download the Rustan’s FSP app, which can be found in Google Play or App Store.

Points earned on purchases made during the event can be credited through the mobile app; even multiplied by 10! Now, even without bringing the card, Beauty Addict members can credit their points and view rewards and promotions through the app. How does that sound?
