• Membership is complimentary to any customer, who will spend a minimum single-receipt purchase of PHP 2,500.00 at the Cosmetics, Perfumery and Toiletries Division of Rustans Department Store
• Completely filled up digital application form available in Rustan’s Department Stores (Makati, Shangri-La, Gateway, Alabang, and Cebu)

Mechanics
For every PHP 200.00 purchase at Cosmetics, Perfumery and Toiletries Division of Rustans Department Store, Beauty Addict member will earn one (1) point which may exchange for premium items through accessing “Rustan’s Beauty Source” website.

Rewards available for redemption will vary per quarter and by supply restrictions. Items to be featured are cosmetics, fragrances, toiletries, spa, and Beauty Addict merchandise.

Permanent Card

• Permanent Beauty Addict card will be issued by the Customer Service Associate after the application
• Beauty Addict points have no monetary value and not convertible to cash
• Membership card and privileges are non-transferable
• Membership card must be presented at all times when availing any of the privileges; “NO CARD, NO POINTS”
• Beauty Addict membership has no expiration but points will mature every 31st of March
• For lost or damage card, a replacement fee of PHP 200.00 will be charged

Earning Points

• For every PHP 200.00 purchase at Cosmetics, Perfumery and Toiletries Division of Rustans Department Store, Beauty Addict member will earn one (1) point
• Regular-priced and discounted items including services at Clarins Skin Spa, Murad Spa and Dermalogica are eligible to earn points
• Only payments made thru cash, credit or debit card and cheque are eligible to earn points; Use of gift certificate as tender payment is excluded
• Earned points can be accessed by visiting Rustan’s The Beauty Source website https://rustans-thebeautysource.com/ or thru the member’s purchase receipt
• Beauty Addict will observe a single-point crediting policy. Thus, if the customer is a member of both FSP2 and Beauty Addict Loyalty Programs, member may choose which account to credit the points to
• Any discrepancies or dispute on accumulated points will be accommodated within seven (7) days after making the purchase. Beauty Addict to validate the concern and will communicate to the member not later than fourteen (14) working days upon verification. Any disputes or inquiries must be sent to beautyaddict@rustans.com.ph

Redemption

• Redemption of rewards must be done online thru https://rustans-thebeautysource.com/
• Members can only redeem rewards equivalent to their accumulated points. Points will not be rounded off to the nearest decimal
• Processing of rewards will be minimum of fourteen (14) working days upon receipt of the request; Changes or other requests will no longer be accommodated once the redemption form has been submitted
• Beauty Addict member will be notified thru email or SMS, once the item is available for pick-up at the concierge of the member’s preferred pick-up store. Member must print and surrender the reference voucher to the Customer Service Associate together with his/her Beauty Addict membership and valid identification card with photo
• In absence of the member, representative must present a valid ID together with an authorization letter. A photocopy of the member’s valid ID and Beauty Addict card must be submitted as well

Others

• Beauty Addict shall not be held liable for any system/technical failure that the program may encounter
• Rustans Commercial Corporation (Beauty Addict) reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions and reward benefits, render the card inactive or revoke membership privileges in case of fraud, and/or discontinue the program without prior notice. In case of termination, members will be notified thru email, SMS and website posting to claim their rewards within 30 days. Otherwise, accumulated points will automatically be forfeited upon expiration of the 30-day period
