1. How do I gain access to Beauty Addict privileges?

Simply present your Beauty Addict Mobile App or Card to enjoy member-only promos and privileges.

2. What are the advantages of being member?

For every transaction made in Rustan’s The Beauty Source, members can earn points that may be used to redeem exciting Beauty Rewards and deals.

Top it off with exclusive invites to events and workshops, being in the loop for the latest updates on promotions, sales and new products, and a lot more!

3. How do I become a Beauty Addict member?

With your initial minimum purchase of P2,500, you can qualify for the membership. The receipt must be presented to the Customer Service personnel, who will then assist you in completing the digital membership application form. After which, you must assign a 4-digit numeric PIN, which will serve as your password when logging in the mobile app and the website.

4. When will I receive my Beauty Addict Card?

Your Beauty Addict card will be handed out by the Customer Service personnel after successfully completing the digital membership form.

5. Does the membership expire?

No, but Beauty Addict has the right to suspend your membership if you are deemed inactive for specific period or your account requires further investigation due to malicious activities under the program.

6. How will I earn points?

For every PHP 200.00 purchase at the Beauty Division of Rustan’s Department Store, you will earn one (1) point.

7. What if I forget my card at home and I make a purchase?

Alternatively, you can now present your Beauty Addict Mobile App. Update your FSP app to access your Beauty Addict mobile app account and QR code. Beauty Addict strictly observes the “No Mobile App/Card, No Point” policy.

8. How do I check my points??

You may view your points through the Beauty Addict mobile app and website (https://rustans-thebeautysource.com/en/beauty-addict)

9. Is the point earning/deduction real-time?

Yes, when you make a purchase or redeem any rewards, points will be updated automatically.

10. Can I redeem rewards in the store?

Redemption of rewards can only be done through the Beauty Addict mobile app and website (https://rustans-thebeautysource.com/en/beauty-addict) but you may also ask for assistance at the Customer Service section of any Rustan’s Department Store.

Processing of rewards will be a minimum of fourteen (14) working days upon receipt of the request. Changes or other requests will no longer be accommodated once the redemption form has been submitted. Beauty Addict members will be notified thru email or SMS, once the item is available for pick-up at the assigned Customer Service counter of the member’s preferred pick-up location. Beauty Addict card and reference voucher must be presented to the Customer Service personnel.

11. Can I still cancel my redemption once I proceed with the checkout?

No, all transactions will be deemed final.

12. Can I return the rewards I previously redeemed or exchange it for another reward?

No, redeemed rewards cannot be returned or exchanged for new items.

13. What do I have to present when claiming my Beauty Reward/s?

If rewards were redeemed via mobile app, present the QR Code from the redemption history.

If products were redeemed via website, present the redemption voucher sent to your email to the Customer Service personnel.

14. What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?

For lost or stolen card, proceed to the Customer Service for card replacement. Prepare P200 for the card printing fee.
