But here\u2019s the thing: with the right cut, tools and a few expert tips (which we are sharing with you here!), you can create picture-perfect fringes and beach waves even in the tropical heat. What\u2019s more, we are giving you the low-down on how to keep tresses looking fresh from sun up to sun down!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Divide hair into manageable sections.\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n
