1. This promotion is open to all Beauty Addict members of Rustan’s The Beauty Source in these participating stores: Ayala Center Makati, Shangri-la Mall, Alabang Town Center, Gateway Mall and Ayala Center Cebu.

2. For every purchase of Php 2,500 worth of products and services from Rustan’s The Beauty Source, Beauty Addict members are entitled to one (1) electronic raffle entry to get a chance to win an exclusive and relaxing getaway to ESKAYA Beach Resort & Spa in Panglao, Bohol via Philippine Airlines.

PRIZES: Three (3) winners will be entitled to any of the following:

First/Grand Prize: (Family Bonding Package) Three Days and Two Nights (3D/2N) Stay in one (1) Family Villa good for four (4) persons, inclusive of roundtrip economy airline tickets from Philippine Airlines

Second Prize: (Rest & Relaxation Package) Three Days and Two Nights (3D/2N) Stay in one (1) Grand Garden Villa good for two (2) persons, inclusive of roundtrip economy airline tickets from Philippine Airlines

Third Prize: (Spa Lovers Package) Three Days and Two Nights (3D/2N) Stay in one (1) Deluxe Villa with Private Pool good for two (2) persons, inclusive of roundtrip economy airline tickets from Philippine Airlines

Note: Prizes are only valid starting July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021.

3. This promo is EXCLUSIVE for Beauty Addict members.

4. Beauty Addict members must present their receipts for validation to the concierge of Rustan’s The Beauty Source at the store/branch where the actual purchases were made. Only purchases made within the promo period are valid for this promotion.

5. Once receipts are validated and the Beauty Addict membership is confirmed, the total number of electronic raffle entry/ies the Beauty Addict member is/are entitled to will be issued.

6. Customer service representatives will assist Beauty Addict member to register their electronic raffle entry/ies.

   6.1 For NEW electronic raffle entry/ies, the microsite will be on the default NEW USER tab. Beauty Addict member must fill in the following information.
   • Name
   • Address
   • Mobile number
   • Landline
   • E-mail Address

   6.2 Customer Service representative will fill out the following information:
   • OR No. (Printed on the receipt)
   • Reg No. (Printed on the receipt)
   • Store branch
   • # of Raffle entries
   • CS code

7. For customers with EXISTING electronic raffle entry/ies, customer service representative will ask for their mobile no. or landline to look up in the microsite and verify the given information in 6.1 then proceed with 6.2.

8. Once entry has been saved, the site will post a notification that entry has been successfully added. An SMS will be sent to the customer confirming # of entries.

9. Deadline of registration of raffle entries is on May 31, 2020 prior to store closure. Late entries will not be accepted.

AWARDING OF PRIZES

1. Winners will be drawn via Electronic Raffle Draw on June 12, 2020, 3:00 PM, at the Xurpas, Inc. Office, 7F Cambridge Centre Building, 108 Tordesillas cor. Gallardo streets, Salcedo Village, Makati City in the presence of a DTI representative.

2. A Beauty Addict member may only win once. If a name is drawn more than once, s/he gets the prize of higher value.

3. The winners will be informed via registered mail on how to claim the prize. Prizes may be claimed at Rustan Commercial Corporation Office, 3rd Floor Oppen Building, 349 Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City, c/o Ms. Almira Bianca Salvador. For the Cebu winner, prizes may be claimed at Rustan’s Ayala Center Cebu, c/o Mr. Joselito Macachor or Ms. Al Christine Joy Chan.

4. Winners shall be notified within two (2) weeks after the draw via email and/or SMS. They may claim their prizes within sixty days (60) from the date of receipt of notification.

5. Winners must present the following in order to claim their prize:
• Two (2) valid IDs with picture
• Beauty Addict Card/Beauty Addict Mobile App
• Screenshot/Copy of email notification from Beauty Addict

6. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.

7. Accommodation is subject to prior reservations; Blackout dates apply (e.g. Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, Easter and Holy Week).

8. 20% tax for the prizes exceeding P10,000 and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by the winners.

9. Failure to claim prizes within the specified period will mean the forfeiture of the prize in favor of Rustan Commercial Corporation with prior approval of DTI.

10. All decisions made by the participating companies, with the concurrence of DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.

11. The owners, management and employees of Rustan Commercial Corporation and their advertising agencies, spouses and relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promotion.
